put a piece of tape on it under the hood. No, seriously. Fixing this was a zen moment and a half. Random internet person with external keyboard and mouse hooked up to laptop out of spite, this post is for you.

This actually didn't work 10 minutes later. Guess I got a little too excited :\ Might be worth a try if Applecare on your laptop is out though.
